Avalon Rates
There is a 3 night minimum for all weekends during Early Summer, Fall, Holiday Season and all Long Weekends.
There is a 2 night minimum all other times.
During July & August, preference will be given to weekly stays. Shorter stays may be considered based on availability. Weekly stays reflect a 10% discount.
All rates are in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa and Master Card.
Rates apply to a maximum of 8 guests. Additional nightly surcharge of $50.00 per person plus tax will be applied up to a maximum of 10 guests.
Maximum of 10 guests allowed on the property at any time.
One time cleaning fee of $195 plus tax will apply.
50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival during July and August and 30 days for all other months.
No smoking or pets please.
During Summer Season the heated pool is maintained at 86 degrees.
We provide all linens, towels, soaps, paper products, and spices.

Cancellation Policy: At all times of the year except for during Summer Season your deposit will be refunded less 5% if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. For weekly stays, during Summer Season your deposit less 5% will be returned if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival date. After 60 days your deposit will be forfeited.
