From the foyer, behind the Pine French doors is the Dining Room with a large harvest pine table and ladder back chairs. The wooden beams have been exposed and the brick fireplace has a huge hearth with an antique mantle.

There is a Canadiana pine writing desk over in corner in front of the window which is partially covered by trumpet vine and roses.

Kitchen & Dining Room

The Family Room

The Family Room located off the kitchen is very spacious and bright. It offers plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV in a Cherrywood armoire and a Gas fireplace with original mantle. The double French doors lead to the flagstone patio surrounded by an English garden and the heated pool.

The Bedrooms

The large, Main floor Bedroom (21 X 15 feet) very bright with several windows and features a Queen Sleigh bed, a Twin bed, antique furnishings and a flat screen TV. This room was once the Sitting Room of the home when it was a Bed and Breakfast. This room can nicely accommodate 2 adults and a child or 3 adults.

The Second Main floor Bedroom (15 X 11 feet) has a Queen wrought iron bed, a hand knotted rug and an antique chandelier. The main floor, 4 piece bathroom is accessible to the two bedrooms on this level.

Upstairs, the back bedroom, (15X17 feet) is very private. It has a Queen bed framed by the original wooden beams which adds a lot charm to the room. It features a 3 piece en suite bathroom with walk in shower, pedestal sink and separate antique vanity.

This bedroom also features a seating area with white wicker chairs. The French door leads to a walk out to the large deck overlooking the pool in the backyard.

The 2nd Bedroom upstairs (17 X 13 feet) is full of charm with original pine doors and wooden beams. It features 2 twin beds and a 4 piece en suite bathroom with a pedestal sink and an antique tiled vanity. This suite is very special with many unique pieces. The 2 windows overlook the picturesque street below.

Outdoor Living

On the flagstone patio sits the cast iron table, chairs, and umbrella for outdoor dining with the Weber Gas BBQ that is connected to the gas line of the house. There are also 4 comfortable loungers for sunning by the pool. The backyard is abundant with flowering perennials and is very private with a tall wooden fence, black wrought iron gates and 2 mature arbors with Wisteria and Trumpet Vine. The swimming pool is heated at 86 degrees.
