A Historic Home, that has been lovingly restored, in Old Town

Living Room

The Main floor is an open concept with large principal rooms. It is a great layout for friends and family to be together as the Kitchen opens up into the Dining Room and Living Room.

In the spacious Living room, there is a Gas Fireplace, a flat-screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating.

The French door off this room leads to the 4th Queen bedroom with en-suite 3 piece bathroom with walk-in shower. A great option for those guests that would prefer to avoid stairs.

Kitchen & Dining Room

The very spacious Dining room has a large antique pine harvest table that seats 8-10 people. The morning sunlight pours in from the double French doors and transom lights above the leaded glass front door. Antique light fixtures and the tin ceiling, taken out of a bank back in the 1920’s, make this home feel very unique.

The fully equipped Kitchen features Cherry wood cabinets, a dishwasher, a double antique porcelain sink, Lagostina pots and pans and a Heartland stove with warming oven.

The Bedrooms

The upper hallway is a room unto itself. It is up here where the three other bedrooms are located and two other full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom and en suite bathroom are located on the main level.

The Master Bedroom
Step down into the large suite (30’ X 18’) with vaulted ceilings featuring a Queen Shaker bed, a flat-screen TV,  a sitting area at the other end of the room with a gas fireplace and Twin bed. This room can accommodate 2 adults with a child or 3 adults.

The en-suite bathroom features an antique claw foot tub, shower stall with subway tiles, and cathedral ceilings with a skylight.

Beautiful hardwood floors and private balcony nestled among tall pines overlooking the pool and hammock. Wicker sofa, chair, and table make it a great place to enjoy the first cup of coffee in the morning or a nightcap while watching the lights from the pool flicker up in the trees.

The Second, Third & Fourth Bedroom

The second Guestroom features a maple Queen sleigh bed, is furnished with antiques and has a TV with DVD player. The 3 windows in the room overlook the Cherry tree in the front yard. It has an en-suite four piece bath with a large antique pedestal sink and white wainscoted walls giving it an authentic country feel. There is a door between these rooms making it an en-suite bathroom or it can open to the hall for others to share.

The Third Bedroom
Bright and romantic wallpapered room with a white wicker Double bed and a Twin bed. It can accommodate two adults with a child or three adults.

The 4th Bedroom
A private suite located on the main floor at the back of the house.  This room is a great choice for those guests that prefer not to do the stairs.  It features a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower stall. The bright and well equipped laundry room is located on the main floor.

Outdoor Living

Behind the tall wooden fence you will find the beautifully treed private yard with heated swimming pool and double-size hammock. Large Weber Gas barbecue connected to the house so there is no need for propane. There is an outside bar, two level decks, loungers by the pool and a dining area with umbrella. The mature towering Pine trees make it very private.
